 + -1 moreThey diagnosed the problem rapidly, were very friendly, and very professional. I paid $58.63 for the diagnosis. They also kindly suggested a possible repair I could do myself that might work (but that they were not authorized to do) so that the icemaker may still be able to be used. I was very happy with the service.
Description of Work: The icemaker on a relatively new fridge was leaking at the inlet to the fridge and below where the waterline accesses the fridge. I had water on the floor for 2 days. They were booked but worked me in and were able to repair the lower leak but not the upper leak as it was in a part that was molded into the fridge.

 + -1 moreI called and was able to receive same day service. I was given a two hour window and the provider arrived within the allotted time. They were friendly and professional. The provider worked quickly and was able to fix the issue on the door hinge and it seems to be working great now.
Description of Work: The provider came and worked on my refrigerator, the door hadn't been closing properly.
