When the panel arrived, it did not fit the appliance, and they told me they had ordered the wrong part. I asked them if it was dangerous to operate the unit as it was, and they said no. I expected them to send back the mistakenly ordered part. They told me I would have to pay for it anyway, since they could not return the part to the manufacturer. I felt that, since they were the ones who mistakenly ordered it, they should not charge me for the part. They insisted, and when I objected they agreed I would only have to pay for half the cost of the part. So my microwave was in no way improved, and I had to pay for their mistake. This seemed quite unfair to me.
Description of Work: I took my microwave to be fixed because a section of the interior wall seemed to be deteriorating. The microwave is a Panasonic about 1/5 cubic foot. They told me a plastic panel for the interior back rear "ceiling" needed to be replaced and it would need to be ordered from the manufacturer.
