remodeling, cabinet refacing
+ 0 moreThe company's owner, Jeff Seeley, came to our house to put a work estimate together, then gave us what appeared to be a reasonable estimate. After having several other contractors out, Jeff's was comparable in price and we had several friends who had given us favorable recommendations for his work. Once we decided to go with Spring Creek Builders, Jeff gave us a timeline for the work and kept closely to it. He and his employees were prompt, friendly, and paid attention to our needs as homeowners, parents to two young children, and owners of a variety of indoor and outdoor pets. Upon completion of work, Jeff gave us a final bill (which was amazingly close to the original estimate) and the option to pay immediately or incrementally. We asked to spread the payments over a month or so, and Jeff was wililng to work with us. He then called back several times to make sure that we were happy with the outcome and see if we had any further questions or concerns.
Description of Work: Spring Creek Builders has done several projects for us, from rebuilding a second-story deck to custom cabinetry and installing interior moulding and trim throughout our house. The deck was originally wobbly and entirely unsafe, but is now entirely rebuilt, with wrought iron railings, a solid surface concrete deck, and cedar posts. We also have had them build custom cabinetry for a bathroom in our house, with custom stone countertop. And we've had custom moulding and doors installed throughout most of our house. We were very happy with the quality of work done, the estimate and final cost, and the time frame. We are repeat customers, and will be using Spring Creek Builders again!
