My floor looks brand new. And they charged almost half of what the big name flooring store quoted me. Hire them!

Richard and Eric did a fantastic job and they did it in 1 day! The job was 640 sq ft and had multiple tack strip removals. We were able to walk on the floors the same night and place furniture the next day!! They also refinish doors and cabinets!

Professional and timely

They did an amazing job! I thought my wood floor was a lost cause and all of the other bids took 2-3 days to repair it with a much higher price tag. Refinish-Pros had my floor looking beautiful after a few hours and the price was awesome. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to give their wood floors a face lift.

A wonderful option instead of the sanding process.

Warning: does not support their work! I hired them to refinish my wood floor. They guaranteed their work for a year. 2 weeks later, my floor finish started coming up. They came out to either fix it or give the money back. I said: fix it. 8 months later and it looks way worse than before they touched it. I tried to get it fixed and they will not even try. They say my floor does not match their product. Well, that is what I pay them for. Why would I know anything about that?

These guys were fantastic! They were able to get my wood floor refinish scheduled in quickly after getting me a quote. They got the work done quickly and did an amazing job. They also quoted me at almost half the price of the other companies I had give me quotes. When they came to give me a quote they explained what they would need to do to refinish the floors and gave me a breakdown of the costs.

Richard came back and addressed some of my conerns. Once seeing the paint splatter specs through out the floor, he said he would come back once I was able to pull up the remodeling cardboard and fix the paint splattermarks that were missed. I appreciated him coming back and being willing to address my concerns.

When I hired them, I told them I wanted to putty in the old holes of my cabinets because I was going to get new pulls. When they arrived, I decided to clean my old handles and use them. We knew that putting in the old holes and drilling new ones, would be labor intensive and asked for our bid to be re-adjusted. He told us that doing that work was not included in the bid. Also my husband had to ask for the left over paint, (that we paid for ) in the bid, and it took my husband time to convince we needed it for touch ups later on. He kept the primer. They washed their paint brushes in my sink and splattered paint on my new faucet and other places. I did not feel they cleaned up very good.

Kevin was very professional he call and set appointment came on time. explained what he could do. we set an schedule that worked for me and him. The job took as long has he said. He left with everything done. great job I would gladly use him again
