I got several bids from various glass companies in Logan Utah to replace four large picture windows and three small broken windows in my house. Logan Glass was the best bid so I went with them. A gentleman named Dusty came out and re-measured the windows a second time before ordering. I had to pay 50 per cent of the cost at the time of ordering. When the windows came in Dusty called me to schedule a time to install them. They were on time and installed the windows. Dusty had told me that the initial bid did not include the finish work and the trim wood. I, at first, was going to do that myself to save a little money. After the install I decided that I did not want to do the trim work so I called Dusty back and scheduled a time for him to come and do the finish work. It cost me another $189. It was no surprise because Dusty had told me up front (before I ordered the windows) that it would be approximately an additional 200 dollars to do the finish work. Dusty had given me his cell phone number so I could call him anytime. He came back and finished the finish work. There was a small problem with the calking shrinking so I had to call Dusty back to re-do some of it. After a few weeks he was able to come back and re-do some of the calking that had shrunk. Dusty was always responsive to my calls and saw the job through to the end. He did not leave until I was completely satisfied. Next time I need a window replaced in my house, I will call Dusty at Logan Glass Residential first thing (I have his number programed in my cell phone).
