+ -1 moreJackson Roofing did a wonderful job on my new roof. They were very quick to start and finish and quick to clean up. Other than having a new roof, I couldn't tell they had even been at my house. 5 stars all the way around.

+ -1 moreWe are trying to get a house ready to sale. We needed someone to re-roof it and give it an exterior paint job. We contacted several people, including Jackson Remodeling and Roofing. We decided to use Jackson Remodeling and Roofing. When we talked to him he said he'd have it done early morning on Tuesday. It was actually finished Wednesday morning. When we talked to him he said he would be able to touch up the paint job to make it look good and new. It doesn't look good. We were planing on being out of town and they knew we were going to be out of town. We had scheduled someone to pay him when he was suppose to be done on Tuesday. He was not ready on Tuesday. When he finished on Wednesday he called and demanded immediate payment without anyone going to look at it. When we told him that we wanted someone to look at it he got mad. When we did have someone look at it they said it didn't look good and it probably wouldn't pass an inspection as part of the sale of the house. When we talked to him later on Wednesday he said he was going to file the issue with the court. He is trying to bully us into accepting his work without proper review, knowing he didn't follow what he agreed to.
Description of Work: Put tar and shingles on the roof. Touched up the paint job.

Description of Work: They examined the repair that needed to be done in a professional and timely manner. They were very reasonable in their estimate and treated the tenant with respect. (This is a rental property)
