Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

Two people came to clean the carpets and tile. They were cordial and respectful in letting us know what they would be doing. They worked in unison and were quick and efficient. Let us know if we had any questions or had any problems to please let them know.

I called him and he came the next day. he did a great job and I will use them again in the future.

It went great. He called me because he was running behind. Very polite and professional! Vacuumed and cleaned the carpets. Didn't hurry through but did a thorough job. Made sure I was satisfied.

Technician arrived right on time. Told him we had already vacuumed the carpet but he said he needed to do it because of company policy. Started cleaning, took his time and did a very thorough job. Completed the job and we were so impressed that we had him clean two recliners. Quality was top notch and tech. was very friendly. We would definitely use this company again.

My carpets were horrible. I called several places in town but Michael at Heaven's Best was the only one who truly took the time to get to know everything I needed/wanted done. I was quoted a price and scheduled an appointment. Michael was right on time as scheduled and had everything he needed to get the job done right. He evaluated every inch of my carpets before getting right to work and stayed until the job was done. I paid the price I was quoted. The carpets were dry within an hour and my house still smells orange fresh. No chemical smell or residue at all. Extremely happy!

I have used Heaven's Best for years. He is the new owner. I was impressed with the way he handleded everything. They moved furniture, and put it back where it was supposed to be. I will definitely use them again, and I would recommend to everyone.
