Chem-Dry provided a good quality of work. I do not remember the exact pricing for their services, but I believe it was pretty standard.

They were satisfactory but the type of carpet I have was crisp afterwards, so I think I like steam cleaning better. They were efficient and did a good job. I have used them a number of times before and they also give coupons.

A friend recommended them. I cannot recall how much I spent with them. The job they did was okay. We did not have any issues with their work. The price was alright. I will definitely use him in the future, if needed.

They were supposed to be here from 3-4pm and a little before 4 they called to let us know it wouldn't be until 4:30 or 5:00. They showed up around 4:45 (I think). They looked at the spots and then went over the rooms and gave us there prices. Once we decided what to do (we decided to do put a stain gaurd back on the carpet $50 extra) they went to work cleaning and then drying. They worked fast and they told us about the spots and what they were able to do. They left us with come carpet spot cleaner. We payed then they left! Over all they were nice men I wish they could of worked a miracle wtih the cream carpets (maybe it was wishful thinking they are cream) but the stairs looked great!

I got a groupon and I spend only $100. They are prompt and they do a fantastic job.
