Ralph was super knowledgeable, calm, pleasant and good at accomplishing what needed to be done as well as going the extra mile (sweeping up debris, moving furniture that was in the way of our unit, etc.)

Our vacation home had a very inadequate air conditioning system. Gary, Greg and John figured out how to install a second unit, a large mini split AC unit. It was very complex and required running wires in conduit to the other side of the house. They figured out how to do it in a way that didn't detract from the home. And the system exceeded our expectations. They were professional to work with, doing exactly what they said they were going to do and when. They were also very knowledgeable. And the greatest thing about them is that all three were exceptionally courteous and pleasant to have in and around our home.

It went very well. They had to install a furnace (March 2014) and make an adapter to connect it to existing duct work. The initial appointment was set up the same day I called and the furnace installed the next day. When they left, there was quite a bit of air leakage between the furnace and the adapter, but I fixed that easily with duct tape. Other than that, the work was well done and everything explained. I get a reminder call in the spring and fall to schedule furnace and AC cleaning and servicing. The servicemen who come out are on time, efficient, and explain what they're doing. When a small basement flood knocked out the control board on the furnace this summer, Rick's came out, diagnosed the problem and quickly took care of it. Since the part was under warranty, I only paid for labor. Overall, I'm very happy with Rick's service.

I set up an appointment with Gary to talk about the details of the project and he had a crew working at the house within a few days. It took a total of 10 working days with 2-3 people working each day. During the entire operation they were at the house every day except one day when they had to deal with an emergency gas line situation. Gary designed the system and Terrell, Stan and occasionally one other helper did the installation. It was a tricky installation because of our older home and I was particular about certain aspects of the installation but the guys did a great job. I was home during the entire installation and observed the craftsmanship, hard work and professionalism that Gary and his team brought to the job. I made a few changes to the original work order and Gary made sure they were integrated into the overall project correctly at a reasonable cost. The entire team communicated with me about all aspects of the project, whether it was about scheduling, problems and solutions, cleaning up, etc. The system is now up and running and we couldn't be happier. Great job! Gary went over the invoice with me in detail after the job was completed. He also provided me with the forms and helped fill them out to get a significant rebate from my utility. Also, I learned that Gary holds trainings every morning from 8-9 am to teach his employees various aspects of HVAC and gas systems. I appreciate that Gary is investing in his employees and it shows with a high level of knowledge and teamwork on the job.
