+ -1 moreCommunication was great on first call and had a good impression of the owner. After that, the electronic scheduling texts took over to inform us of appointment dates and times. I made myself available for 2 appointments which were both no-shows without communication from the service tech. No one called. I sent texts to the owner saying nobody showed. Got another auto scheduler text for another appointment etc. No explanation (or offer of discounts) for missing 2 appointments, etc. May need to have them return and spray again as part of the guarantee, some pests are returning quicker than expected, but we have never sprayed this home before so can't say if the trouble is with the application, the spray, or if we just have a higher infestation here in the county. I worked as an exterminator years ago so I have an idea of what to expect, but we wanted to use an eco friendly product. Maybe need something stronger. Friendly, but communication was bad. We may try them one more time. If it is the same, we will move on to another.
Description of Work: Spray for pests around home inside and outside on foundation.

Not only was he willing to meet or beat any other price, he really went the 'Extra Mile' to make sure we were completely satisfied! So refreshing to find a business operator that knows the value of excellent customer service - we HIGHLY recommend EcoPro Pest Control - PLUS - they also offer a variety of other services, too! As for our 'Pest' problem - GONE!
