I insulated myself to save money.

They were great.

I was not impressed with this company or their work. I would never hire them again.

They told me that they were busy for five weeks, and they wanted the money in advance. They said they would come after few days. Later I realized that I did not want them to work on one of my walls, so I called them and left a message to know what the price would be leaving out that wall. They never returned my call. I called them enough times and even emailed them. I tried to get in touch with them in many ways, and they never called me back. I tried to contact the salesman and question him about this, and he put the blame on somebody else. They then scheduled the work for May, but they never confirmed anything. I sent a letter to the owner and complained and they sent my cheque back. I told the owner then that I really wanted to get the job done but they never called me back. They instead sent my letter with my return address and mailed it to another person. He called me to enquire and I told him about the entire situation. He said he will come out and give me the price. When he was here he was very rude and my son who was there could not believe that the person spoke to me like that. He also demanded me money in advance and that too half of it.
