.We called in the morning and the came out a few hours later because of previously scheduled jobs. They called to let us know they were on their way and gave me an accurate time frame of when they were going to be here. The came and snaked the clean-out pipes (we have two) and cleaned the one out that was causing the back up of water that we had. They showed us that there was a lot of build up in the sewer line and a few smaller rocks and suggested that we get the sewer line cleaned out. They will be back tomorrow to clean it out and we will be set!

The plumber arrived and said he would need to order the part to fix the leak. He also "fixed" the water temperature on the shower. 3 weeks after his visit we never heard from him. When I called I was told I would hear back the next day on the part status. Another week and no word. I had to call another plumber to fix the leak. As for him fixing the water temperature. Something I didn't want done. He took away the warm water. It is only scolding hot and freezing cold. It is now unsafe for my children to use.

Installation was good and the water-heater works well but they used a less expensive water-heater than they had agreed to.

Valve and vent were installed as specified. Sewer line was blocked, and rootering was successful - discovered broken pipe via remote camera. Service technicians were courteous and punctual.

The boiler itself was exactly what we needed to replace both our failing hot water tank and our aging hot water boiler, so now we get space heat and domestic hot water from 2 separate controls in the same tankless unit. We're very happy with the boiler and also with Scott's service. We have hired him several times and will continue to do so.

The faucet they replaced was replaced with an outdated faucet and the control of temperatures was extremely difficult. When I reported this to the company the only solution they gave was to lower the water heater temperature which would endanger plumbing during the winters. The faucet they installed/replaced outside still leaks to this day, even after attempting to retighten.
