The work was fine, but communication lacked. I should have asked more questions to know what to expect, but I did not really know what to ask, and the big picture process was not explained to me, so there was some uncertainty.

I am so grateful for Asset Environmental Services! We purchased a new home at the end of June and I couldn’t understand why I kept getting sick. The house was pristine when we made the purchase, and with all new flooring. Concluding that it must be mold I contacted AES. Ben was wonderful! He answered a ton of my paranoid questions on mold and gave me a few different options to resolve the issue - things I didn’t even realize were options! He then explained that if the previous owners had pets, that could also be the problem, and if so he had ways to help me for that as well. He was also patient as I worked with my home owners insurance to check for leaks, and gave me tips on ensuring that no matter what route we went, whether we worked with AES or not, our family was taken care of. About a week after my first contact with AES they came out and did a test. The two guys that arrived were awesome! Super knowledgeable!!! We talked about where we experienced the most issues and figured out the best places to test. I was grateful that they were so willing to work with us and understand the situation. Anyhow tests came back the next day and nothing! We had no mold, which meant it was indeed the previous owners plethora of pets. The guys came back the next week and cleaned the ducts and we’ve been healthy since!!! I was so impressed and grateful!!! I give AES my highest recommendation and plan always to use them going forward!!!! Thanks AES for making our house actually a livable place to call home!!!

Excellent service,on time and right price

Best service not only in taking the samples for our home but the quick follow up with the report. Ben was outstanding in educating me on all the possible irritants one may encounter within the home. Fortunately our home passed with no issues and I highly recommend them as they are the best!

Called and did a mold test and it came back positive for mold. I was able to schedule the next week. They came on time, were very friendly and answered any question I had. They didn’t take all day. Very fast and didn’t waist my time. They were very reasonable on the price for the treatment.

Best service, I have ever experienced, and I am in the service industry! Very well priced when compared to other mold experts offering the same service. It was just over half price!!

They were very helpful. Quick & thorough. I may be a victim of sticker shock, I thought the treatment was expensive. If it works as advertised, I'm happy!
