Description of Work: maybe I was expecting to much, cause I was baseing it off there Advertisement that had me thinking I was paying them so I could sit back and let them do all the work, and they did do there job tearing up carpet and flooring and spraying there mold prevention, and sitting up there air dryers, but we had to get tote to story stuff cause they were just piling stuff up and out of there way. I had to clean up all the small dabrie they left and clean the mold solution up, and when everything was done we had to hang doors and move the stuff back in the house, so I was expecting them to clean up and put my house back plus the young guys were real rough tearing out the wood floor

Description of Work: At first it started out great. They showed up right away to help with our flood. They left fans to help dry the water up, but then we didn't see or hear from them for over a week. The fans keptblowing our breakers and our power bill was outrageous. My husband had to finally call our insurance agent to see if he could find out why they never came back. We had mold growing on the drywall and they wanted to just paint over it. They also decided they were going to come replace the carpet and linoleum one day out of the blue without even allowing us as the home owners to pick the replacement flooring. When we received the bill they had several charges on there that we not correct. "Moving furniture" fees and replacing a utility sink and cabinet.....NONE OF THAT WAS DONE. I would strongly recommend looking for another company when you need disaster clean up...we will.
