Steve has an amazing company, and I would hire him again (I actually am in the process of hiring him again). He does great work. My garage looked terrible before and he was able to provide a small miracle and now it looks great. However, like another reviewer on this website, the costs were way off. I know this was an accident/mis-communication, but I would make sure to get a detailed bid written down so there is no mis-communication and surprised when the final bill comes due.

The company is family owned and operated, and it shows. They were very punctual, courteous, and did good work. The final bill was about 30% more than the original estimate, but the reasoning behind the increase was both explained and seemed rational. Their was also a little bit of miscommunication about what the original estimate included, but this likely could have been avoided if I requested a detailed written estimate, rather than a verbal one. I also would have liked my final invoice to be much more detailed, but again, I did not explicitly request this. I would use this company again, but would recommend that customers specifically request a detailed written estimate and invoice.

They had some sub contractors too and they came when they said they were going to come. They listened to what I said and took care of my issues. The pricing was very reasonable.

We had previously hired another contractor, whom we fired after 1.5 days of terribly unprofessional service and shoddy workmanship. Steve and his team removed improperly laid sheathing, spent a day prepping the roof and removing nails and debris the prior roofer was planning to roof over, then completed our roof as contracted. They juggled their schedule to accomodate our job since we had no roof at all.
