Description of Work: They put an air conditioning and furnace unit in our home that was way to small for the amount of square footage our home has. We had to have 5 service calls before I finally called the owner of the company and demanded that he do something about it. During the first 5 service calls we were given the run around; told to call other contractors because it wasn't their fault, told they would have someone else come look at it and never sent anyone, etc. When I called the owner however, it was dealt with immediately and they replaced both units for free. In the end we got what we wanted, but it took us a while to figure out what was wrong in the first place and then about 3 months of them coming back and forth before we got it replaced.

Description of Work: I had a re-heat boiler stop working and called them. Within 45 minutes a technician was out and had it running 20 minutes later.

+ -1 moreI was having a problem with my furnace short cycling, and had them come out to diagnose and fix the problem. Their first reaction was that it was a problem with the furnace. I had another company come out and right away said the ducting to the furnace was too small, and needed to be larger. I was unable to get them to call me back to schedule an appointment to fix it, so I went back to Advanced Heating because they were my second choice. When I told them what I was told by another company, they agreed that was most likely the problem, and increased the sizing on the duct. That fixed my problem, and they were very pleasant to work with overall.
Description of Work: My furnace was short cycling, and so I had them come out to troubleshoot. They ended up increasing the size on the cold air return duct to fix the problem which included tearing out the old duct, and putting in the new.

+ -1 moreI called in the morning to get an appointment. I was told someone could come by in the afternoon, 10 minutes later the service tech called to see if he could come now! Great! He was polite, friendly, fast, and knew his stuff!
Description of Work: Wes came and looked at my furnace because it was making a funny noise. He was quick and very good! He found the problem in about 15 minutes and had it fixed fast!
