Description of Work: Brand new Frigidaire refrigerator was a lemon when we bought it, there was no Visual signs that the motor never stopped running, we had a few minor problems with the water dispenser needing a service man to come out and fix it he didn't noticed the motor not shutting off the Motor continue to run for six years it caused are electricity bill to be doubled every month we didn't realize it was do to the refrigerator we had electricians come out no one could find the problem till one evening the motor finally give out the refrigerator stopped working and the electricity bill dropped way down, we was not only out the cost for a new refrigerator we were out of the money that we overpaid in electrical bill because of that fridge there was no way we could prove that the reason The refrigerator stopped working and that was why are electricity bill was high

Description of Work: He came to look at our dishwasher and our refrigerator. The dishwasher made a knocking noise periodically. He said it could be the motor, but since he could not hear it. 10 minutes after he left, it mmade the noise, wecalled, he never returned the call. The refrigerator had a slow water stream in the water dispenser. He found a kink, replaced the line, charged nearly $90 and left with the water stream unchanged in flow. He said we would have to get a plumber to adjust the pressure in the source line. Pretty unsatisfied for $90 non-fixes.
