+ -1 more**We would highly recommend Viking Property Maintenance for work being performed on our home. I am a very particular person, and requested foam backed siding. Andreas brought me a sample, a brochure and a color palette of the exact product they would use. The reviews online for the product were excellent compared the the other high quality siding bids we received (Mastic, insulated siding). I love the fact that they are email savvy and we did a lot of our communication through email.
Description of Work: Siding tear out and replace. We were out of town when this project was started, the tear out was completed and Viking found the underlayment for the siding rotted and in horrible shape. Rather than just place the siding over the old/rotted underlayment, Viking called us and waited until we got home for the visual and could make the decision to replace it. The underlayment was over 30 years old, they did an excellent job with the tear out and replacement of that as well. During all of our remodeling, we chose a company other than Viking to build our deck.....I WISH I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THE BID TO VIKING! We have had nothing but problems with our deck/quality and believe Viking would have done a much better job listening to what we wanted and doing a very high quality job. They were excellent to work with.

+ -1 moreThey were very reasonable. They weren't very clean on the job; however they cleaned up well after they were completed with their work. There were few issues with his supplier, but he overcame them and did a great job.
Description of Work: They re-sided our house.
