They asked all the right questions, offered up important options and their bids were easy to understand. They came out a couple of times, always on time and when they said they would (a rarity). It was all custom work and they did it great, never leaving without showing me details of what they did and making sure I had no concerns. The bill arrived with no surprises (also somewhat of a rarity).
