Fence Specialist

The price was good and the quality of work is good. The installer was personable and professional. Getting the company to respond was difficult. Chris, the contact person and the person we contracted with was so difficult to reach I finally drove to the office and had the secretary contact him. He did answer her calls and I was, through her, able to get the work scheduled. Appointments made were not kept. Without notification, they would be several hours late. Chris would not call to let us know he would be late, and he would not answer when I called. Difficult. Chris agreed to replace a broken piece in an existing fence as part of the job without additional labor charges, parts only. He did not replace it. When I inquired about it he was willing to replace it but he would charge both parts and labor. We did not replace the part even though his initial willingness to fix the broken piece was one of the criteria for choosing him to do the job. Not happy. No clean up was done. Pieces of fencing, and metal shavings were left where they fell. Fence post holes were not filled in. Fence looks nice.
