He broke our shower. He wouldn't take our calls. He's just terrible. I will never use him again on anything. He just screwed the job. We had everything laid out for him and it was simple. He would gave me a ladder to go up and do it.

He rarely showed up when he said he would be there. He did substandard work, and piecemeal so that it was not finished. We had to call back after inspection to get to code what he had done, even after we had asked for the specific items to be done prior to the inspection. (specifically securing exterior spigots to the studs). He did not do what was asked and the stubbed in plumbing was not plumbed far enough to clear the drywall, and the shower was not installed so I had to purchase another shower assembly to redo his work. His prices were cheap, but not worth the work and frustration involved. I will never use this service again.

We found a slow leak in the wall valve behind my washer. There had been a two week accumulation of water on the floor that was seeping into the room on the other side of the wall. I needed someone to come over immediately and repair the damage. Mel was here within the hour and quickly removed some drywall and replaced the valve. The replacement part looks alot nicer than the previous valve that we had.I am in need of new faucets and a new dishwasher. Mel gave me a great quote for his future services.
