I was debating between changing my one star to a two star. I went with two star because Sego fixed their mistake but I am still very disappointed. When our house was finished in spring 2020 apparently a valve for the refrigerant on our AC was not tightened sufficiently. And I get that mistakes happen so I’m not too upset about it. However, it caused refrigerant that should have lasted around 20 years to leak out in 2.5 which resulted in our AC failing on a night this month with record heat. By the time we were ready to our our baby to sleep it was almost 90 degrees in his room so we did what any parent would do and called an after hours HVAC company to come and help us make it through the night. Sego doesn’t offer 24 hour service so it was the only choice we had. They came and told us that leaky refrigerant was the problem and they would help fill it up and replace our now burned out capacitor to help us until Sego could. It cost us $500 out of pocket. The next morning we called Sego right when they opened and they had their HVAC guy come and take a look and he eventually came to the same conclusion that a valve was too loose resulting in a refrigerant leak. They said it was “on the house” because it appeared to happen during the construction of our home. They made a big deal about how they take care of their customers and wanted to make it right even when the 1 year warranty was up on our home. They went on about how considerate it was and how they care about making their customers happy. That’s where I have to disagree. During all this, I left a review on their Google page stating what happened and my ultimate disappointment that this went unnoticed when QC should have caught that on installation. I was called by their VP Spencer Corbridge asking me to take my review down (very weird and unprofessional in my opinion). He said they felt like they had done their part and would appreciate a higher review. I expressed I would be happy to, if they refunded us the $500 that we had to pay out of pocket. He said he wouldn’t do that because we went through a different tradesman than them. I asked what he would have had us do considering they were closed and our house was in a now non- livable condition especially for a baby. He gave me the run around and just said how Sego did more than should have been expected because our house was no longer under warranty. How were we supposed to know something was leaking until a problem presented itself? Did they expect us to sleep in a 90 degree house? Sego doesn’t care about their customers or taking care of people who trust them to partner with them in making such a big investment and building a home with them. They only care about saving face and keeping an extra dime in their pocket. DO NOT BUILD WITH SEGO if you want to feel taken care of and respected. National more reputable home building companies do far more for the customers and will do what it takes to make things right. Sego does not.

William was great! I had him move and install a new chandelier in my entry and install a new ceiling fan in my living room. He did the work fast and it looks great! He was also fair with his pricing. I can't recommend him enough!

I'm so impressed with this team! Electricians are hard to find, especially for small jobs. I requested a quote Monday, and by Wednesday the entire job was complete. Not only were they quick, but the work was beautiful. For example, they were able to install a new, separate, light switch for a fan without putting any holes in my wall. I had planned to patch up at least 2-3, but they didn't need any. I still stare at it and wonder how they were able to do that. The pricing was much better than expected as well. I had a dream budget in mind, but figured I wouldn't find anyone offering those prices. They quoted me close to my ideal budget right off the bat. I can't recommend these guys enough. If you have a job, and wish the job was already done, call these guys. That's honestly how I feel--it's like a barely had time to say, "I wish..." and the job was already done. Thanks again!

This master electrician showed up On time, with a skilled partner, understood immediately what I wanted and how best to do it. The measuring was expert because after they left we stared at everything and were impressed by the level hardware on the walls. Everything was even and accurately installed. If I changed my mind during the process and wanted it moved, there was complete acceptance of my thought process and it was completed quickly. The mood was positive, the work was awesome, the communication was clear and the price was fair. My list was so complicated that two other electricians no-showed me three times each trying to blow me off but not this team. They kept both appointments and stayed until it got finished. I would definitely re-hire Mr. Williams and recommend him to everyone in need of small projects or large.

I'm so happy we found a good, trustworthy electrician to help us with our home. We've been able to do projects around the house ourselves but when it comes to electrical hiring the pros is the way to go. I'm very happy with their work and have already referred them to close friends and family. Our recessed lights look great and they helped correct a bunch of dangerous wiring in our basement from the previous owner. I'm very happy with their work and would rehire them in a heartbeat.
