Very friendly and flexible in installation, but the result is not what we expected. We were told that we would get get clear, pure water. The water that comes out is anything but clear. It is almost white from all of the thousand of bubbles. Even letting the glass of water sit for an hour, there are still many bubbles in the water and the water remains cloudy. Have called the response to get back to me is nil. Would NOT recommend.

Sam is shows up on time, has a good knowledge of what product will solve your problem. He does the work quickly cleans up and is on his way. The cost is below other service companies. We were vary pleased with the job.

All other companies quoted $1200 on up but their website said $875 for a 50 gal gas water heater, installed, tested, and the other hauled away. Too good to be true?? I read Google reviews and they have a rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars. Sam and his young son showed up at 10:45 am when the appt was at 10, but he did call with a heads up. They were in/out in 1 1/2 hours. Very professional and very friendly. The price on their website was in error and should have said $975 but he honored the $875!! It ended up costing less than $1000 total and the water is already warming up. I highly recommend Sam, his cute boy, and this company!

Sam showed up on time and gave us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. His installation was very quick and tidy, leaving no mess behind. He offered to come back to our home after two weeks time and make sure we were completely satisfied and would also answer any further questions that we may have had. As for the water softener itself it is very quiet and runs very efficiently. I cannot believe how little salt it uses compared to our last water softener. We look forward to being serviced by Royal Water Systems in the future and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to all our friends, families, and associates!!
