It was great for many years, A plus rating easily, until there was a problem. Alarm went off by itself and we called and were told someone would call us back. Two days later called again and was treated rudely and told again someone would call us back. Called again has there still was no response. This time a technician advised to call and select billing to get some attention. Billing was not happy to hear from me and was combative at best. Long story short, both times phone number was recorded wrong. Yet when alarm goes off they have correct number. Sloppy is not what one expects from a security company. Rude combative service is surprising with such a crowded market competing for your security alarm dollar. A technician was sent out and found plumbing had leaked onto alarm box, it was tested and all was OK. Problem was resolved but unfortunately their integrity and poor customer service skill has undermined our confidence.

I called and talked to Nick about giving me a bid and showing me what about his system and what the capabilities I can expect from him. I was impressed with his knowledge and experience regarding State of the art system. He told me that he installs not only for homeowners but for many business. He first gave me a quote and then went through all cameras and he had 3 different ideas. Good better and best. I picked the best one and we went from there. He later called me and told me that he would upgrade all my cameras for the same price since the price was now the same for 3 pixels cameras as the 2. I didn't even have to ask for it he knew that I would want higher resolution system. His guys came out one weekend about 8 hours later system was up and running. His install guys were polite clean cut and very talented at installing cameras. They had to go through the attic and it was very warm that day but were true pros at making sure that everything was just right. They did a great job. I will tell you that it solved many problems that I have had from bad neighbors. Its no longer he said she said I can show police exactly what was done and said and its case over checkmate. If you want great system and great people to work with I would have no trouble recommending PRO Com to anyone.

System works as promised. Installation and service were on-time and very professional. Cost was similar to systems provided by national chains but much more robust and a more secure system.
