If you would like to pick up from the warehouse there is NO CHARGE and NO SALES TAX. We guarantee we can match any price and shipping cost. (of 1st quality products, no 2nds or defects) We also have special pricing for contractors or installers. (who do repeat business with us) We do not handle or arrange installation services, for liability reasons. Though about 50% of our customers do hire a professional installer.

This company is great. Not having done a project like this before, I agonized over what to put down. This company sent me free samples THREE times - and by samples, I mean substantial pieces of laminate, two for each color, so that I could see how they locked together and what the joint would look like. During installation I contacted the company by email and Tom the installer either emailed back or called within a day to help us out. Incidentally, the flooring product is terrific. It's absolutely beautiful, and after a year of 2 kids, a dog, a cat and plants being watered in that room, the floor is absolutely flawless. We will be putting this in other rooms in our house and would not consider purchasing from anyone else after the great experience we had with Heidemann Flooring.
Description of Work: We purchased Balterio 9-mm V-Groove wood laminate flooring in Bordeaux Cherry, plus the underlayment, quarter-round trim, transition pieces and installation kit from this company. The company provided free telephone and email support as well.
