Great! Big Boy arrived on time. The owners came because all their workers were on other jobs. This husband and wife team got right to work and had the load transferred well within the 2 hour time frame. We were very pleased. We highly recommend this company.

The two movers arrived on time. They moved everything I needed moved. It took them approximately 1 hr and 45 min. They were friendly, worked very fast and tried very hard not to damage anything. I would definately have The Big Boy Movers again. I think I would have to ask for the same team though, they were GREAT!

I sold my home in Utah and needed all my household items to be moved into a nearby storage unit. I hired Big Boy Movers based strictly on what I saw on their website. As I recall, all the planning was done by email and maybe 1 phone call. Four young men arrived on time and moved everything out of my house and into storage. The moving truck I had was small so it took 3 trips. They stacked everything in that storage unit right up to the ceiling. They didn't just throw it in there, they planned and stacked and fit everything in like a puzzle. I was amazed. They did a good job and there was very little damage done to my stuff (I don't think it is possible to move without a little damage). And they were just pleasant to be around. That's particularly valuable during the stress of moving. I even had them unstack a corner and rearrange something so that a hope chest didn't get wet in case wind blew rain under the door -no grumbling about the extra work in the hot July sun. I appreciated that.

This was the second time I used this company. The year before, they had moved my stuff from a house into storage. When the time came to move everything across the country - 2000 miles away - I just mailed the key to Kemp and let him work out all the details. A few weeks later, everything arrived (right on time) and was unloaded into my new home within a few hours. Again, there was very little damage even though this was a long distance move. I was pleased with the quality of the service and I found everyone very pleasant to work with. I thought the cost of the move was reasonable and the attitude of Big Boy Movers was priceless.

It was awesome! I will never do a move without paid help again. I just feel bad whenever I ask family/friends to help move stuff, especially heavy things like couches, beds, and appliances. And I always end up taking the heaviest loads myself. These guys were great, worked hard, and willingly moved heavy things that I didn't want to touch. Well worth the money. Their price was $30/hour per helper with a 2 hour minimum. We did a total of 3 hours with two movers ($30 * 2 movers * 3 hours -= $180) which was just enough time to load at the storage facility and unload at our nearby house.

They did an excellent job. They were careful with my belongings, and they even moved my big piano and did a great job with that. They came out on two occasions; first they helped me move items from my storage unit to get them to my house. Two days later, they helped me load the van at my home.

The two men were nice and arrived on time however they did not even know how to unhook the water supply on my refigerator. I had rented a UHAUL trailer to move this heavy side-by-side that now wasn't going to be moved. My leather furniture was placed down in the doorway and onto the cement outside and then spun around as the two men tried to get it out the door. Yes, my loveseat did receive some pretty deep scuffs in it. Unfortunately, this was also how it was brought into my new home. The couch wound up losing 2 of the items off the base of it during this move. I had to call the main line to let them know that the two men did not know how to remove the door off of its hinges either. The lady told them to call their supervisor who did tell them over the phone how to do this. While this is going on, the time is ticking away as I had purchased their online special where you receive 2 movers for 2 hours for $59. This choice cost me much more than $59! I had damage to my loveseat, I had to rent the UHAUL trailer twice and I paid true experienced movers to get the job done right the second time. I do respect the two young men that did put forth effort to do a good job, I just think that the company needs to train their employees how to complete their job before they turn them loose. I tipped both men as I did not blame them for the problems. I also called the company several days later after I wasn't so mad and was not offered a refund or any attempt to repair my sofa.

I have used them twice. They were really good. I give them an "A" all across the board.
