Their representative, Darren, is very responsive and professional. Their work has been consistently good; it’s s good company Their prices are comparable to others.

One time I had a problem with the gate and they came out and repaired it at no cost as well. The fence was installed in 2007 and they were the only company that would warranty the work as it is very windy here. They’re pricing is very fair. Most of my neighbors use this company as well because of the warranty on the work.

They got the job done in about two days. The fence has been holding up well and we are happy with the work.

Estimate was in line with other installers.We, however ,decided to use another installer.

It went well. They were timely, professional, responsive, and did good work. I also got a bid to do some other fence work but they were expensive so I decided to build the other fence myself.

First, the price seemed very high. Second, they gave us a week when they would be onsite to place the posts. They didn't show up or call that week. We had to pay 1200 down before they would start working. When placing the posts they destroyed three sprinkler pipes and made no effort to cut them cleanly and did not repair them. They didn't show up when they said they would to install the rest of the fence. When we called them about not showing up, they were pretty rude,

I was very pleased with the project. They were very professional. Our fence looks great. There was an attachment that was not installed properly and some slats came out. They came and fixed it without any issues, and I have not had a problem since.

Everything was done on time and there were no problems. The crew was polite and professional. I would use them again in the future.

This was such a mess. They screwed up property lines which caused sprinklers from one persons yard to be on the wrong side of the fence, plants destroyed, trash left in everyone's yard, you name it, it went wrong. they even used the wrong toned tan fencing on our gate, the cement did not cure. The digging crew and installation crew did not communicate. Each day they brought in different team leaders and crew members. It was a revolving door and no one felt safe leaving their home unattended or the job unsupervised as the workers were untrained and hired just for the day. They never showed up on schedule and would leave in the middle of a task to handle an emergency and then a different crew would show up the following day. I did not feel "secure" enough to let the day laborers use our toilet as it was literally a revolving door. We had to loan wheelbarrows and a Sawsall to them as they did not have the correct tools. It took almost a year and numerous calls from our neighbors, BBB involvement and the Jumper's attorney to get the items fixed. We took so many pictures of the poor workmanship that they had to have the owner come out to inspect the bad quality. We and the neighbors behind us ended up having to re-pipe our sprinkler system ourselves because they moved the fence line from the original fence line and it took almost a year to get a replacement gate that matched the color of our other fence. I do not recommend them unless they change the field management and their business operations.

I would only hire them again, if they gave me a better price for the fencing. There is still fencing around the yard that needs to be put up. They started out strong, but didn't finish yet with no explanation.

They were very good to come out around my time schedule for installation. I still have problems with the 2 gates and have been calling them for 3 weeks to fix them. They still have not come out to fix it. The sales rep. was a lot better than the worker.

I had limited options because I chose to have a vinyl fence installed. The Best Vinyl Company was not my first choice. The company I have wanted to use was bought out. However, Best Vinyl did a great job, and we love our new fence.

They completed it well. They just had to keep coming back due to some issues. Overall they did a good job.

It was good. A little Rocky. The fence was good but was wonder if they really had to go through the sprinkler system they should have been able to avoid them. The gate wont open when it's hot out because it expands.

Gave time frame for project and meet it. They were very tidy and they took everything with them when they finished. They were neat in digging and pouring the cement for the poles. I thought that the price for the quality and service is very fair.
