Incredible. In the dead of winter with canyons howling, my main furnace went out. I had already received 2 bids from 2 other companies and a friend mentioned that his in-laws just replaced their HVAC and were very happy. Reluctantly I called them. I was brought up believing to pay full retail plus 10%, so getting 3 bids was way outside my wheelhouse. Trupros came in $2000 less for 2 furnace and my ac unit plus did all the paperwork for rebates from the power and gas company. Needless to say, I’m very happy. I used to have to sleep with earplugs, now I don’t hear anything.
