Jeff was amazing! He was very responsive and knowledgeable. I bought a used PC for a college project that did not work. I needed it to be fixed as soon as possible. I spent 3 days working on the PC without a fix. I was out of ideas so reached out to Radius-IT. Jeff was able to help me fix it in a few hours. He walked me though the process in a simple way. I highly recommend him
