Excellent. Brian here in Nashville went above and beyond to consider my health concerns and get everything taken care of to the very best of his ability. Easy, effective, NO demolition!

They came right away to inspect and give me a quote. It was what we needed and we hired them. They came on the appointment date and got the work completed as requested on time. It looks very good. We are pleased and would recommend them.

Representative was knowledgeable, performed an air quality test, and provided a report as expected. However, we were surprised when we received a bill for $75.00 since no cost was mentioned in the scheduling phone call or by the rep who did the test.

They where great and profesionals.

A urine test showed me having high amounts of toxicity due to mold and mildew. Pure Maintenance found the source and used a dry fog to deal with the problem. They were very experienced and professional. I would highly recommended them.

I hired this co for 2 Communities. They were exceptional. The Rep scheduled everything out, gave notices for us to give to our residents, showed up on time and were thorough and professional. I can't say enough good about their service and customer service. The price is tough to swallow but completely worth the peace of mind. Thank you Pure Maintenance!!

Testing was fine and they were good to work with. Here's the problem. In order to know the extent of mold, you have to know the outdoor natural mold baseline to compare to. This didn't happen, so the test results can't be accurately used to determine if treatment is needed.

Easy and great people

Great company to take care of mold. No knocking down walls and days of mess! Saved a ton of money that way! All we had to do was leave the house for 4 hours. We took the opportunity to see a movie and have lunch.

It was informative and helpful to know we did not have black mold.

Ryan was very profesional. As soon as I started telling him about the mold inside the house and the health symptoms I've been having, he handed me a mask to wear. I had my results for the mold air test in my inbox 3 days after, and they even sent me a referral to a mold doctor locally. Thank you!
