Wonderful! Technician was professional, showed up on time, was friendly, did what he said he was going to do, offered a preventative maintenance schedule (which we accepted), cleaned up after himself, etc. No complaints at all!

Considering the time of year, these guys were very prompt. The first gentleman arrived on time and ran a snake to try to see if he could find out what was happening. He wasn't able to find anything, so he said he'd send his partner in with a camera. When his partner arrived later that day, he sent the camera down and found a clog almost immediately. He snaked it out and fixed the problem. We were only charged $155. This was completely amazing because the day before we'd been quoted $5,000 to destroy our home and replace a pipe. Drain tech saved us from having to sell our house.

He was able to clear the blockage from the roof and running down the main. Overall he was a nice guy, worked fast, and cleared the line. It ended up being $50 more then we were told on the phone because he had to get on the roof. But after he checked by running hot water down he didn't put the washer hose back in the drain. I did a load and the flooding was horrendous. I had to pull up new carpet that was only installed 3 months ago. And have been running fans to prevent mold in my basement for 4 days. When I called them and told them what happened, the tech called me back and said, "the hose was out when I got there so I left it on the floor. " Silly me (tongue in cheek), why did I think they would be thorough and put things back together when they had fixed the problem? I considered disputing the charge with the credit company, but an Angie List review would be justice enough.

Mike was prompt, very polite, and friendly.He took care of the clogged drain in a very professional way. I was pleased with the way it all went. I would definitely call this company again if needed.

Shaun checked my two upstairs drains and found some minimal blockage in the area under the plug. He cleaned it all out and showed me how to take out the plugs and clean the drains myself in the future. The basement bathtub was fine. He was prompt, polite and clean. Shaun was here about 15 minutes. I am really grateful to him. You can be sure I will call Drain Tech in the future if I have any plumbing issues in my home.

It was a completely satisfactory service call. The serviceman arrived on time as scheduled. He was polite and very helpful. I had been struggling to figure out how to remove the drain stopper in the shower since purchasing my home. He showed me how to take it apart and put it back together so that I can clean it out myself next time. He worked quickly, and the price was about what I expected based on their rate schedule on their website. I will call Drain Tech again in the future if the need arises.

Called about a backed up floor drain in my basement and asked for an estimate. Estimate was $195. Arrival, job completion and cost were all as promised. Very satisfied with Drain Tech of Syracuse, Utah. Will definitely go back to them for any future plumbing needs.

I called Drain Tech on a Friday night after 7pm and left a message and within 10 minutes received a return call from owner . Sean came right out (within 30 min) and snaked out our plugged upstairs toilet. Very fair with price and very pleasant to work with. We would not hesitate to use him in the future for any plumbing work we may have . Found us a great plumber who"s affordable too!! Yeah!!

VERY SMOOTH. CALLED AND COMPANY HAD ANOTHER PIECE OF EQUIPTMENT ON LOAN AND DIDN'T WANT TO COME OUT AND FIND OUT HE NEEDED THE LARGER UNIT. HE DID THE CALLS TO OTHERS IN HIS NETWORK AND HAD ONE OF HE PEERS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY COME OUT AND TAKE CARE OF ME AT THE SAME PRICE ORIGINALLY QUOTED. HE TOOK CARE OF ALL THE PHONE CALLS AND WAS CAME RIGHT AWAY AND ALL TAKEN CARE OF IN A COUPLE OF HOURS.

The guy who came out was really good. I liked him a lot. My only complaint would be that I asked him about putting in a new hot water heater. He was supposed to get back with me, and never did.

I received excellent service.

I am very pleased with the services provided, and I feel that the pricing was very fair for the time involved.
