Their price was reasonable. They took pictures of what they found in the air ducts - before and after pictures. I noticed there wasn't as much fine dust on the furniture after they completed the work. They wore uniforms and booties, too.

The service and professionalism was exceptional! There were two representatives who completed the job and both wore booties to cover their shoes whenever they were inside my house. Service was very simple and straight forward, but something the average home owner is prepared to do. I feel the service is very necessary as it reduces fire danger from clothes dryer.

Purchased deal within an hour they emailed me and only a few days out, they showed up 2 minutes early, went right to work, did not try to sell me more, They went up on the roof and sucked up the dryer vent. We bought a new dryer and the new technology said dryer vent not working. These guys know what they are doing and if you need your dryer to work better call them. Very professional.

Everything went fine. They were quick to set up an appointment. They came in 4 days, and they did a good job. They didn't show us the pictures, as promised, the day they cleaned. But an email to the company got that resolved & they emailed me the photos. Wish they would have taken a few more pictures, but It was obvious that their equipment did more than just vacuum out the vents. They told me that they have a type of scrubbing tool and the pictures showed that kind of clean. Even the edges of the vents looked different. They also took the time to talk to me on the phone and answer my questions about the duct work in my house. I can already tell there is a reduced amount of dust "bunnies" in the house. I sure appreciate that!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I liked them. They noticed right away that I have little pets in the backyard even though I don't have a sign so they didn't open the gate. They waited for me to come out because they didn't want to let them out. They worked very quickly mostly on the outside of the house. They knew my coupon code without having to ask unlike some other companies. They also knew that I had paid ahead of time. I was happy with them.

They were thorough, very competent, and didn't leave a mess when they were done. It was a part of an insurance claim and they were very responsive. They did a good job. It was kind of tough because we were trying to orchestrate half a dozen different contractors and it was important that they come in a timely fashion and they did. We have some rental property that is probably going to get the same kind of treatment and it involved some drywall work and we'll probably engage them to do that as well.

they should up on time and cleaned the air ducts of our 50 year old house for its first time! He actually took pictures of the before and after. We have about a 15 foot exhaust on our dryer and he spend about 20 minutes sucking all the lint out. and once done, he left and took his and our mess with him. I would highly recommend them. they were prompt, professional and easy to work with.

Technician was on time for the time I selected (actually was 5 minutes early). He clearly explained what he would be doing. Upon completion he reported he found evidence of birds building nesting materials in the vent line when he cleaned it out! He also tried to reinstall the aluminum vent line from back of dryer to vent line but, explained it was too long (too much slack) and should be replaced with either a 90 degree elbow and a shorter vent line or, if I chose, to use plastic vent line as the current aluminum vent line would bend and be clogged if we pushed my dryer all the way to the back of the wall where it belongs. I will go buy a cheap plastic line to avoid this. This was well worth the $89 for my piece of mind to know that there is no longer any bird nest materials in my vent line and no chance of overheating and possible fire. When I originally purchased this coupon, I received a call within 1-2 hours. Great Response. I will use this company again if ever in need of these type of services.

That was fine. He was very efficient and as a matter of fact, he was really delightful because he could come back on that very day. We set up an appointment and he was on his way back from another job and said he could stop by. He did that on that day which was wonderful. He did a good job. He was in and out in a short time. I'd say it was good all the way round.
