My husband was getting allergies and we decided that our air ducts were to blame. This company was prompt, professional, clean and solved the allergy problems. You may not notice how dirty the air is until you have your ducts cleaned out. We are all breathing easier now!

He was thorough in explaining how he planned to do the work and worked methodically and carefully. He also applied Angie's List member discount along with $50 credit because I removed and reinstalled all the duct covers myself. Watching how hard he worked and the time he spent in cleaning all the ducts, the price I paid him was more than reasonable. If you get tempted by an ad that says they'll do the whole house duct cleaning for $59, think again. You will definitely not get the level of service and attention he gave me.

Air Duct Cleaners arrived promptly. Throughly cleaned the air ducts, furnace, air conditioning coil and dryer vents of two large rental units. Bryan was very professional, clean, and did a fantastic job. This was the second time I used Air Duct Cleaners and I will definately hire them again in the future. Great job at a fair price!

They were competitive with all those we contacted. This was our first experience, but the work done well and things were clean. Noticed the difference when we turned the AC back on. They came out the same day when they had a cancellation. They even showed up a bit early. They were very professional, very attentive to making sure our home was protected throughout their process.

I would recommend them highly. I think they do a really good job and they try hard. I have found them to be honest and concerned with giving good service. They are a family company. They are really nice people.

This guy was incredible from the time he arrived until the time he left. It did not take him very long at all and he was very professional throughout the entire visit. I appreciated how he showed me the amount of lint he was able to get out. It was reassuring, knowing that the job was done. He even checked it a couple of times before he left to make sure everything was clear. We are going to continue to use him about once a year.

I am very happy with the work that was done, the interaction with the company from the first phone call all the way through to the completion of the work. You won't go wrong contacting them and having them do the work you need. =)

Bryan had a no-nonsense pricing system, he was able to quote his price quickly. He did a great job all around. He didn't break anything, put everything back where it started, and all the ducts I can see are clean.

All the reviews on Bryan and the work he does are very accurate. He arrived on time. Walked through the house to see where the floor vents and cold air returns were. Went to the basement to check out the furnace and air duct system and explained the entire process to me. He was very polite, professional and nice. He worked efficiently and completed the cleaning in the amount of time he told me it would take. His price included an Aglies's List discount and a free dryer vent cleaning. Bryan takes before and after pictures and is glad to show them to you if you so desire. I would recommend Bryan to anyone needing this service.

My dryer seemed to not be working as efficiently as it used to and I thought maybe my dryer vent was clogged. The company was very accommodating to my schedule and the technician arrived on-time for our appointment. I thought that the dryer was vented through my floor to the back of the house but it was actually vented through the roof. The vent wasn't completely shut-off but there was a substantial amount that was removed. I will definitely recommend Air-Duct cleaning to my neighbors and friends.

The vents were pretty clean. I'm allergic to cats, and it did help my allergies.

Bryan delivered as promised!! My home was 20 years old and never had air ducts cleaned. I checked behind Bryan to see of my supply vents were clean while he was working. Vents/cold air returns were more clean than I had expected. I used my hand to see if any dust would rub off. My hands were still clean. I have been extremely pleased since. I do not have the blowing dust I use to have when the furnace came on. I highly recommend getting educated about air duct cleaning on the National Air Duct Cleaners Association website ( http://www.nadca.com/en/home) and on www.4nodirt.com. That way you know what to expect from professional air duct cleaning and why the cost. I highly recommend air duct cleaning (wished I had done it years ago) and Bryan who is a local small business owner you can definitely trust. Thank you Bryan. Note: I did not specifically have my dryer vent cleaned. It is an area I can just replace the vent when it gets dirty. However, the process is the same and Bryan shows some of his commerial dryer vent experience on his website. I had 33 supply vents and 5 cold air return vents done. Therefore, I believed I could include dryer vent cleaning experience in this writeup.

Friendly on the phone. Punctual on appointment. Clear and friendly in describing service. Did just what they said - perfect! Pulled out two large garbage bags of lint! Dryer works great.

I called both Samson's Royalty Services Group, Air Ducts & Steam Cleaning and Bryan's Air Duct Cleaners. I picked Bryan's company because he had the lower of the two prices. Bryan showed up a few minutes early for our appointment and he happily discussed what he was going to do. I had him check all the vents first to see if my system really needed cleaning and his honest assessment was (paraphrasing): "The ducts are dirty, but I've seen worse and honestly they aren't so bad that the ducts need to be cleaned right now." It was nice to get a honest assessment of the state of my ducts, I decided to get them cleaned anyways even though Bryan had said I could survive a while longer without it. Bryan then proceeded to clean all the ducts as my wife and I went out for a for an hour or two, when we returned he was mostly done and had several pictures of deep inside the vents before and after cleaning (which I really appreciated.) Overall he did a great job, didn't track any dirt/mud into my house (it was raining that day) and was friendly and eager to answer any questions I had about the process. As a side note, animals really don't like the sounds of air ducts being cleaned :0. I will try to post the pictures to the report, if I can figure out how to.

Bryan arrived early and got straight to work. I knew I had picked the right professional for the job when Bryand donned covers over his shoes to ensure he didnt tread any dirt from outside to inside. I shadowed Bryan for the start of the work, as I was eager to learn how the process worked. Bryan was more than happy to talk me through the process, explain the various tools and systems and generally answer any query I had (no matter how odd/silly). He was courteous and professional through. After the job was done, he showed me several before and afetr photos from the vents which was a nice touch, and emailed them through a few days later. I was initially quoted $450 by Bryan after emailing him the sq footage of our home. Even though the job turned out to include a couple extra vents he had not originally anticipated, he stuck to that quote, and I actually ended up paying even less ($375) after an angie's list member discount. A great deal!

Brian arrived as promised. He was courteous and respectful of my property; for example, he wore covers on his shoes. He took before/after pictures of the inside of the ducts. There was every indication he did a very good job.

Bryan arrived right on time. He put on booties before entering my home, which I appreciated. He checked out the number of vents and cold air returns as well as my furance and located my dryer vent, which unfortunately was located on the highest pitch of my roof. He gave me a bid which I thought was very reasonable and then reduced it to include the discounts offered through the Angie's List coupons. Once I agreed to the bid, he and his son got right to work. They we're very pleasant and professional. They were in and out in less than two hours. Bryan explained exactly what he would be doing in his process and answered all of my questions. When he was finished he offered suggestions to help keep my dryer vent as clean as possible going forward. I will definately use there services again in the future and have already recommeded them to several of my friends!

Company arrived early, which I was happy to see. Very professional. Did a quick look around the house and let me know the price (which I should have tried to negotiate a little bit, in hindsight). The he got right to work. 2 hrs later he showed me the before and after images and I've got to say it looked like they did a pretty good job! After he had finished packing away his equipment he went around a vacuumed up MOST of the mess he had made. I say MOST because after he had left and I went into the bathroom there was junk everywhere! Sink, floor, shelving, toilet, everywhere. I am positive the guy would have cleaned up this mess if he knew, however I'm disappointed he didn't inspect all areas better after the job, there's no way he would have missed that mess if he'd been looking. This is the biggest reason I am rating the experience a 'B' and not an 'A'
