I had an appointment -- not a window of time -- and he was on time. He went through my house with me, identifying all of the vents and returns. He looked at my furnace and dryer vent too. He gave me the estimate, which was what I expected from when I made the appointment. He put drop cloths down through my house where he brought in the big hoses. It took him about 4 hours from when he got there until he left my house. I knew he did a thorough job. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Excellent worker. Bryan removed all debris inside of the air vents in the new home we just purchased. He pulled out two huge pieces of insulation some person had shoved into the air returns! He also removed a t- shirt someone had stuck in a air vent and in another a wadded up towel! Unbelievable- the things some people do to their homes! Bryan also cleaned our dryer vent and removed 15 years of lint as It apparently had never been cleaned before now. At least two huge bags full. Our dryer works perfectly now. Great job and service! We will definitely use again and highly recommend Air Duct Cleaners Inc. to all our friends.

They did a very thorough job. You could eat off of the surfaces in the furnace now it is so clean. It looks brand new. Their cleaning really helped with the odor. In fact the odor seems to be totally gone. Before I hired them I thought the price was too high but they were willing to work with me on the cost. I would never hire those $79 dollar vent cleaning companies. There is no way they can do the work these guys do for that price! I would also recommend this for anyone moving into a home that has already been lived in. It gets rid of the former owners pet dander, etc. etc.

I must say that this was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. I sent them an email on a Thursday evening. Saraih got back to me Friday morning. I counted the number of ducts, and return registers. She was able to give me a price fairly quickly and we scheduled service for the following Tuesday AM. Bryan showed up right on time. We chatted for a few minutes then he was off to work! He was very professional and worked hard. He had 27 vents, 8 return registers and a dryer vent in a 5000 square foot home clean and happy in around four hours. We are completely satisfied with his work and our overall experience was an A+ Thanks, guys!

We moved into our home a couple years ago. I felt like the ducts needed cleaning because dust was accumulating very quickly and I thought cleaning the ducts out would help. We also had a dryer vent that was full of lint and needed cleaning. I called Bryan and spoke to him about our problems with the ducts. He gave me an estimate over the phone and was able to come out in a couple days to do the job. He was very professional and took extra care to set up and make sure he didn't damage anything in the house. I would highly recommend his service and would use him again. I'm very happy with the results and feel like we're breathing in much cleaner air in the house! The level of dust accumulation has significantly decreased since the cleaning.

In 2006, we had construction in our basement. The contractors did not cover the vents nor did they think to turn the heating system off. Therefore, our air ducts really needed a good cleaning. I'd heard that a lot of air duct cleaning companies were corrupt so I did research before looking for estimates. The company I decided to go with had a NADCA certification which the EPA website recommended and great reviews from Angie's List customers. Well as always Angie's List was correct, Bryan DeGrange, Air Duct Cleaners was simply fantastic. He did everything he promised to do in the estimate and better yet ... at the cost he quoted! We did, however have one snafu. Bryan, while cleaning our AirCon coils accidently punctured the coil causing all the refrigerant to leak out. The accident happened because the previous owners had installed the coils much higher up than expected. It was obvious to me how the accident could have happened after I saw how it was installed. Unbelievably, Bryan told me what had happened. Now that's honesty because it's winter and I don't expect to use the aircon for a few more months. If he hadn't told me, I probably could not have proven how it got punctured. I am so glad Bryan is a honest, professional small business owner. He scheduled a HVAC Co (Rentmeister) to take a look at the damage. Then a few days later, a Rentmeister HVAC Tech fixed the punctured hole & replaced the refrigerant. And of course, Bryan paid for the repairs. If we have any future problems with the puncture sight, he said he will replace the aircon system.

We are very satisfied. The price was reasonable, they were professional and hard working. The house we moved into had not been cleaned in years and I have peace of mind knowing that we got all the dust out.

Brian and Tucker arrived spot on time and quickly went to work. I have had my ducts cleaned before, but never like this! Each vent was individually cleaned with compressed air, while a powerful main suction hose, attached from the truck, pulled stuff towards the furnace air supply, so that I could see exactly what they were pulling out. And they pulled out a TON of stuff, not just dust, but all sorts of small debris. Then the coolest part: Brian has a camera that he snakes through the ducts after cleaning which relays a picture to a mobile computer, so that you can basically take a tour of the 'guts' of your HVAC system! (We joked that it was kind of like getting a colonoscopy for your house!) I think I can safely say that I have never had a venting system this free of dust and other irritants. Post job cleanup was meticulous, and then they were gone. The entire job lasted about 2.5 hours. Guys were super nice to work with and I will definitely use them again and recommend to all my friends.

We just purchased our 12-year old home and have been sneezing ever since we moved in. It is a 5-level home with lots of vents and intakes that I can guarantee had never been cleaned. I took the advice of another customer and removed the vent covers beforehand. So glad I did because one of the intake vents was embarrassingly filthy from the previous owners. Bryan was prompt and respectful of our home and belongings and even the 2 escape artist kitties. I work from home and he worked around me without any issues. This is truly a great company and service provider. My husband and I haven't sneezed once since the work was done. I will definitely have Bryan back in 3-5 years to do this again.

Bryan was professional from the beginning, was responsive to a voicemail left requesting an on-site quote, gave me a quote on-site, willingly worked around a lot of boxes (we just moved), and even sent a thank you note for giving him our business.
