This company was quick to respond, prompt, courteous and efficient! We were informed of any issues and they were careful to clean up after themselves! We moved into a house with very dirty ducts. Air Duct Cleaners, Inc did a great job cleaning them out. They were punctual, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Will use them again in the future.

Brian was very personable during visit to explain process. He arrived on time on day of service and he and one helper carefully set up and worked all day without a break to perform all the service.

I called his company after hours and nevertheless, he answered his phone. I needed someone to come out as soon as possible to help with a problem with my dryer vent. He offered to come out the next day! This is outstanding service and I want to stress how much he worked to help with my individual problem. Bryan arrived ten minutes early and already knew what he was going to do to fix our clogged up dryer vent. He didn't hesitate to climb up into the condo attic (into the fiberglass insulation) and fix our problem! I was alerted to the dryer vent problem when my New Bosch dryer would not run. After having an appliance repairman examine the dryer, he said the problem was with the vent, not the dryer. In researching this problem, I found out that our condos have dryer vents that vent out into the attic! My new dryer was having problems that turned out to be caused by a clogged up dryer vent. My dryer vent problem was exacerbated by the fact that there had been newly blown in insulation into the attic. I am profoundly grateful to Bryan for coming so soon and very thankful for his knowledge and his attitude! He finished in a very short time and again, I feel indebted to him for fixing this problem. Bryan was very professional about the whole thing and we were very happy to find out why we were having a problem. Bryan wasn't going to accept anything because he said he really didn't do anything to fix the problem. However, we insisted on paying him something as he had to come out twice (1st day it was raining and we didn't want him to fall off the roof). And then he did figure out what our problem was after crawling on the roof to try and clean the vent and then up into the garage attic to find out what the real problem was. We have since had the house builder repair the problem.

This guy was completely honest and did an outstanding job! He even coordinated with my HVAC guy who was installing my new furnace to clean my ducts between the time my old furnace was removed and before my new furnace was installed. If you really want a honest effective job with personalized service, this is the guy to call!

We were in the process of moving into a new house that needed the a/c unit replaced. The a/c company recommended that the ducts be cleaned before the new unit went in, so I needed someone to clean the ducts on short notice. I called someone I had used in the past but did not receive a call back right away so I did a little research and tried Air Duct Cleaners. The owner responded and was in fact getting ready to go on a trip but arranged to squeeze me into his schedule before he left. I was not present when the work was done but it looks like he did a great job. The main thing for me was that he was local and NADC certified.

Very unprofessional - complained about how hard it was to do the work and run the business - was not thorough in cleaning our ducts. Would not use again.

Brian the owner showed up on time -- assessed the amount of work to be done -- and provided a cost. He then went to work and systematically cleaned all the ducts and vents. He was professional, timely, thorough, and left the ducts sparkling!

Did an excellent job. He carefully went throughout the entire house to each vent. He prepped each area and also made sure the hose was properly positioned so as not to damage wall corners, etc. He was attentive and explained the steps he was taking to make sure the ducts were clean. He also cleaned the furnace thoroughly.

The service was good, they were on time and professional and efficient. I used a coupon from Angie's list because my dryer was not working very efficiently. It was taking too long to dry things, and I thought it might be because the vents were dirty. It turned out the vent wasn't very dirty and my dryer just doesn't work very well. Not their fault, though.

Bryan was prompt in responding to my initial inquiry and gave me an estimate of cost over the phone. He was at the property at the appointed time, and once he assessed the job, actually lowered his quote. He and his assistant cleaned out two separate furnace duct systems, had plenty of debris to show for their efforts and completed the job well inside the suggested time frame on the day. He was able to take credit card payment on the spot, and emailed me a receipt. Checking the system after they were gone I was amazed at how much more air seemed to be coming out of the vents. Bryan was pleasant and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending his service to others.
