Description of Work: He was courteous and efficient. Labor was performed quickly. A second visit was required when the ice maker was still not working. He came quickly and made additional repairs at no additional charge.

Description of Work: I called Earl on the weekend, when he was closed, and he returned my call at 8 AM on Monday morning. When we discussed my problem, clothes with a bad smell after laundering, he told me how to fix the problem over the phone. He even called me back to make sure I was using the correct laundry detergent. He did not charge me a thing, and his solution fixed my problem. He deserves an A++

Description of Work: Earl checked our side by side Fridge/Freezer and found the problem immediately! He even had a replacement part in stock and with him so no extra waiting to have it fixed!

Description of Work: The ice maker in an 11 year old frig stopped working. I called Earl's Appliance Repair as they were local. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and replaced the ice maker.

Description of Work: Called Earl on Thursday afternoon and set up an appointment to have our dryer repaired. Earl showed up at 9 am as agreed. he went right to work , found the problems discussed the repair that was needed . had the parts on his truck and within the hour had the dryer repaired .. He was polite , and professional .. gave a 90 day warranty . with a parting statement to call if we had any problems or questions... I would highly recommend him and will keep his number on file in case I have any problems with any other appliances.

He had a computer and printer and was able to give me a professional invoice right on the spot and printed out. They were very well equipped to do business. They were probably here when they said they would be here.
