Description of Work: Scott agreed to help me with three repair items at my home. He indicated he would come in the following week. After the initial meeting, I called him to get updated as to when precisely he would be coming, but he did not call me back. Finally I called and indicated that if he did not want to do the work, it would have been great to have him tell me so. Still I did not hear from him. I feel seriously unhappy about this because I used Scott previously and he did a great job for me. I don't really understand what happened in this case.

Description of Work: He installed an airconditioner in my window. He had to tear my window apart to install it (my house is 101 years old with the original windows) he was fast and knew right away how to make it work. I think his cost was very good. I would use him again .

Dear (Member name removed): I certainly apologize for not returning your call! I suffered spinal cord damage in September of last year and have been dealing with the consequences ever since. I'm a little disconcerted that you would wait until now to write a review of such negativity especially since you say we never even spoke with each other. I strive to maintain the highest quality work ethics and communication with all my clients. However, I am only human and occasionally someone may "fall through the cracks" as they say. I apologize again for any distress this may have caused you. I hope that you were able to find someone to complete the job you needed done and that you were satisfied with the work!

Scott responded to our phone call quickly. He was flexible and helpful when setting up an appointment. He arrived on time and completed a long list of items efficiently and at a fair price. I will be calling him in the future and recommending him to friends and family.

The work was excellent, done in a professional manner, and it came in under bid for both labor and materials. We will be calling on Scott Pryor for all future handyman work around the garden and the house. He and his very professional helper are really nice guys.
Description of Work: Scott Pryor and a skilled helper did a variety of repair and small construction jobs in our back yard over a week period: repair of a wooden fence, replacement of wood siding on a shed and installation of rain gutters, and installation of multipurpose posts.

When he arrived, I told him what I needed. Showed him where to turn off the main water. He looked at what parts he would need for the repairs. He left to get the parts. He came back and did the repairs. I paid him. He is pleasant, personable and fair with his charges. I will use him again.
Description of Work: Scott caulked around the tub in the bathroom. Repaired the tub faucet so it would turn on. Replaced a balast for the kitchen lights that are fluorescent.

Things went great. I call him, he comes out, he gives me an estimate, and then he fixes it. Often, when I get the invoice the price is lower than the estimate; he has never been over the estimate. I call him every time.
