I called twice, left messages and never got anyone t call me back

I got the referral from a neighbor who had used this contractor for siding, roofing, and windows. I wanted to get new windows and kitchen door to take advantage of the 2010 tax rebate. I received bis from several window people. I like to support the little guy when posible and hired Ron Green Construction. They installed the windows within the time limit for the rebates all except for the outer trim work. Mr. Green said the trim was on back order and would be in in a week and they would be right over to put up the trim as well as caulking all of the windows on the outside. I naively took him at his word and paid him the final payment as he asked. He gave me all the rebate paperwork all filled out for me to send in at that time. I also gave him $700 for a french door, which he said he would order and come back to install it. It is now June 15 2011. He has not come back to put the trim on or caulk around my windows. He has not installed the french door. He finally put the door in my garage on June 8 2011, saying he would be back on June 10 2011 to finally finish my trim around my windows and install the door. Upon seeing the door, It has a crack in the door jam and three chips/nicks on the top of the doors where they let the nails that were holding the doors closed come open. Living in Utah, we have had rainy weather all season, but there have been plenty of sunny days he should have used to finish my window and door job. With out the trim or caulking around my windows, he has left my home exposed to the weather and enabled the rain to get behind and in my siding which is probably causing mold and ruining the wood. Between the end of December to now June 15, I have called Mr. Green several times, most of the time getting his voice mail. When he does answer or call me back he appologizes and gives me a day promising he will show and finish up my work, and never shows up.
