Description of Work: Speirs Plumbing replaced three toilets, put in two new sinks with faucets, put in a new kitchen faucet, added plumbing to my new shower and put in a gas line for my new stove. They also added new plumbing to my existing bathtub. The were on time, good workers, conscientious and polite. I felt their prices were competitive. I would have them again in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: Replaced two 40 gallon water heaters with two replacement 40 gallon water heaters. No fuss, no mess. Came on time. Added shutoffs to each at no cost. Very professional and cost was in line with other bids.

Description of Work: Moved an outside faucet location and installed a quarter turn faucet. I put n/a for the price because I did not seek any other quotes. The price quoted was the price charged however. | The installer was very friendly, personable and professional. He showed up on time also.The installation took about 90 minutes. | Overall, I was pleased and will use this company in the future.

Description of Work: Bob inspected a previous roof repair and verified the stability of the roof. He was honest and friendly. The only work recommended was to add a skirt around the chimney to preclude additional water damage.
