 + -1 moreDo not build with this company! They were not honest from the start on when they said they would start building to when they said they would be done. My home took 5 months longer to complete then they said it would take. I have had 6 major repairs done to my home since moving in and each time I have been told by the AC, Sprinkler, Gas Company, Roofing Company, Garage Door Company that the work Rainey did was not up to par and should not been done the way they did it. Rainey claims to give excellent service but on more than one occasion I spoke with Mr Taylor one of Vice Presidents and was disregarded and treated rude. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone. I plan to sell my home this year and never again use Rainey Homes.

 + -1 moreI built a home with the help of Rainey Homes. I enjoyed the experience and would recommend Rainey Homes to friends. The cost of the home came in on budget. They did a thorough job with the home and followed through with the clean-up.
