+ 1 moreThey identified the problem, let me know what needed to be fixed and quickly took care of it.
Description of Work: We had a puddle of water show up in the hallway - underneath an upstairs bathroom. We figured out it must be something in the upstairs bathroom. LeLaChuer Plumbing came and found the problem with a cracked flange in the toilet. They fixed the problem and helped us figure out what to do to clean up the problem.

+ 1 moreKen is great to work with. We were doing a remodel job and he helped us with the initial prep work, installing plumbing lines and the finish work. Everything from helping us figure out how to add a 1/2 bath downstairs where we wanted it (he just took out a section of concrete floor), how to properly vent the drains and get water lines run in the appropriate place. We started our project about 3 years ago and did most of the work at our own pace. Ken came about 3 times during that time frame - accommodating our slow progress and just letting us give him a call when we were ready to move on to the next step.
Description of Work: Run initial drains in concrete flooring, Plumbing prep work in framed walls. Install 3 faucets and1 toilet, change piping, repair broken valves in older sink.
