We had experience with another company. Steve came in and saved the day! They helped us with insurance and as soon as they got the approval the employees were at the next day. Overall a great experience with Asbestos Abatement Services. They were professional and quick at getting the job done.

This was a difficult project, for my sisters home caught fire and was a total loss and she wasn't able to get out. With all the stress of dealing with everything, for she was single, the responsibility was left to us siblings. With never dealing with anything like this before, we had no idea where to start. I found Asbestos Abatement Services on the internet and called them, and how grateful I am I did, Kim answered and as we talked. She had a answer and an example for every question, very reassuring and professional. We contracted with them to do a asbestos test, and that's when I met Steve, another wonderful person, very pleasant to work with. The test came back positive, and the insurance company had us get three bids for the abatement and demo, Asbestos Abatement Services got the contract. They acquired all the permits, scheduled the day and the time to start and they were completed in two days. We were very impressed, every dumpster had to be lined and sealed, they did an excellent job! I am very thankful for help that Kim gave us as a family, it was a big relief to have them assist us with this difficult time, she even made a special trip to one of our homes so we could sign the contract, thanks for going the extra mile Kim!

They had to come out a second time to finish the work. They had great customer service. Their corners could have been better where the ceiling meets the wall.

They were great to work with and Steve pointed out everything we should be concerned with if we were to be doing renovations. The service was quick and efficient and they called us back whenever we had questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them!

My daughter's furnace went out and was not able to be replaced until the asbestos was removed. We originally had a date of Tuesday scheduled for the inspection and bid, but Steve called to see if they could instead move it up to Monday knowing that my daughter was without a furnace and the weather had gotten cold and snowy over the weekend. He again moved his schedule around so that the asbestos could be removed the following day. He sent photos and explained the work in detail. I am very impressed with not only the quality of work, but even more so with the customer service. I highly recommend. Owner will take great care of you and deliver top notch work.
