+ -1 moreIt is owner operated. They use hot or cold whatever you would prefer. He was there all day, and he really went above and beyond. He power washed the walkways, and he was very neat about it, picking everything up when he was done. He didn’t take any shortcuts, and he is licensed and insured.
Description of Work: They came out and power washed the house.
