Description of Work: Services were performed, but not always on the date that was pre-arranged, causing some confusion. They were hired to mow, trim and clean up in the summer, and plow snow in the winter. No problems in the winter, but they never trimmed the grass, (edged) and rarely blew the leaves, or cleaned the driveway or sidewalks after mowing, but charged for doing so. This is forgivable. | |However, after winter ended in 2015, I suddenly received a bill for over $250 for mowing and was quite surprised as I had only seen them come 2-3 times. (I had been working at home, plus we had been having repairs on our home and had HUGE pieces of equipment on the lawn (excavators, etc.) making it impossible to mow most of it.) I was told they had mowed while this equipment was on the lawn and it had been pouring (literally flooding) during the month of April. No one had seen them, and the lawn was not like hay, but no one's lawn had actually started to grow back yet. They lied. When asked about the equipment on the lawn, they had not seen any. (impossible to miss-our chimney was being replaced and the equipment sat there until the rains stopped in May.) | |Rather than argue I agreed to pay him and did, as long as he would mow the lawn immediately and continue his duties, and give me a written receipt. | |Needless to say, I never saw him again. I never received a receipt. | |I hired someone from another company, they charge less and do more, no questions asked.

Description of Work: Provides lawn care services, selectively overcharging some clients and underperforming for them, while doing a wonderdul job on other homes in the same area. Very unprofessional.
