+ -1 moreWaited for provider to show up at agreed window. Late in the day I called to see if he was still showing up. Phone was answered but person did not speak. I would not rate if I had been contacted. Making commitments and not keeping them is not cool. Message to the proprietor. I needed the job done, was very clear that I had time constraints. Had you told me there was a possibility you couldn't make it I would have continued looking for another provider. You making a commitment and not keeping it put me in a very bad spot. If you're busy or you don't want to work or you going to be late pick up the phone and say something.
Description of Work: Made a commitment to see my job and firm up bid. He did not show up or call. When I called to see if he wws showing up he answered but did not speak.

Description of Work: Remove shingles replaced some roof decking installed ice shield and feltex installed shingles, cleaned up ork site and removed old shingles from site.

+ -1 moreCache Valley Roofing hit the bid mark right on the head. I called the owner that night before the roof was scheduled to go up to tell him he had the job. He replied he would be there the next morning at 6-7 am. He used a large crane with an escalator on the top. It was just fascinating ! The workers that came with him numbered about 4-5, maybe less maybe more. The workers would feed the roofing material onto the rolling escalator one at time and the guy at the top would catch them and put them in a pile. They were all very polite and came with all their own food, chairs and well everything they needed. They all hammered and hammered until late in the day and finished right when they said they would. They did a very good job and never bothered us once. I will have them back again next year for some more work on another project. Description of Work: Cache Valley Roofing is run by Stan Basset. We asked Mr. Bassett along with many other roofing companies to put a new roof on the patio in the back of the home. The old one was leaking after every rain storm. The roof was 650 square feet.
