Description of Work: Excellent customer care. Gave a fair price for a dishwasher repair, but was also honest. Told us it probably wasn't worth fixing. He even offered suggestions of reliable ones to purchase and his wife, who was in the office helped with further questions when we picked out a new one. Very pleased, would recommend and use again in the future. I so appreciate when repair personnel offer their opinion on brands, because they know which ones they repair the most often and those which last the longest. Thanks.

Description of Work: Replaced dead fan on refrigerator. Initially misdiagnosed the problem and replaced the electronic JAZZ control board instead, which resulted in a 2-day delay in the repair. However, Justin accepted responsibility for the misdiagnosis and I was charged only for the part and labor associated with the fan replacement, which was about $100 less than the cost would have been if the JAZZ board needed to be replaced. In general, I was very happy with the service I received and can recommend Justin with no reservations.

+ -1 moreOn his last trip out, our fridge had died. He worked on it for probably 6 hours. When it proved to be unfixable, he didn't charge us, probably because we have been such faithful customers over the years. When he has had to replace parts on different appliances in the past, he either has them on hand or orders them in very quickly. He freely shares advice and tips that he he has learned in his years on the job. His receptionist is also kind and prompt in returning calls and scheduling appointments. When something breaks, we call Mr. Appliance.
Description of Work: We have used Mr. Appliance many times over the last 5 or so years. Justin is very knowledgeable, very professional, and gets the job done quickly and for a great price. Over the years he has worked on our dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, oven, and refrigerator.

+ -1 moreThe service technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem. He also did a complete cleaning of the inside parts to make the unit run more efficiently. The cost was $260, which seems a bit high, but we also needed some parts and I have nothing to compare this total for parts and labor to so maybe the price was fair. It's only been a week or so since the repair but the dryer is purring like she used to so we are pleased so far. If this service gives us another 5-10 years of life, it will be money well spent.
Description of Work: Fixed grinding sound that our dryer was making when we were drying clothes.

+ -1 moreJustin arrived at the time were arranged, came in and started working on my Gas dryer that was driving me crazy. it would run, and tumble the clean laundry, but would never heart up enough to dry the batch completely. He figured out what the problem was and changed some parts, then tested the dryer so that he knew it was working. He was Polite, didn't leave any messes, I will call him if I have anything else that isn't working in my house. He can fix anything according to his card.
Description of Work: He examined my Gas dryer and figured out Why it was Not heating up enough to dry a batch of clothes. put in some new parts and tested it. Now it works again!! Yahoo Justin is my Hero!

Description of Work: Justin Anderson did a great job, answered all of my questions and fixed my LG washer with out any parts needed. He definitely knows what he's doing and does a great honest job. He explained several things the delivery guys from r.c. willey didn't bother to mention like the moving bolts.

+ -1 moreOur 2 year old washer stopped working and Mr. Appliance not only fixed it, he personally contacted the company and got them to pay for it under our warranty that had only run out a few months prior. He also knew a lot about washers and dryers and taught us a lot of things to extend the life of the washer. Previous to having him come we called Sears and their repair man put the belt on again, charged us $100 and left after 15 minutes. It wasn't until Mr. Appliance came that we actually got it fixed. I will be calling him each time I need repairs done around my home.
Description of Work: Washer stopped spinning, and then the main board on the front started shorting out.
