+ -1 moreExcellent rating given. The sales rep responded quickly and was pleasant and professional. He gave a fair quote after coming to the office in person. I asked two other companies for a quote. One came in with a higher quote and the other company did not bother to call me back. Though I was not there for the cleaning process I received no complaints from the new tenants. As far as I am aware the cleaning team came on time and completed the job efficiently. They stuck to the quoted price. We were very well satisfied with the services provided. Please note that I am required to give the age of the building in which the office space resides. I do not know the age of the building and estimated it as built in 1980.
Description of Work: This is approximately 1400 sf office space with commercial grade carpet.
