QUALITY AIR SERVICE

They were efficient. I really don't know anything about the furnace and that, the furnace and the air conditioning are working fine. We got a service contract twice a year for service and everything was fine. We got a new guy out so it's a little better. Responsiveness is usually pretty close to the time they said.

His team was very professional, prompt and efficient. I had one AC unit shut down in the middle of the hot summer and he was there within hours to have it up and running for me. Exceptional Company!!

Went quite well. Tech showed up on time and located the problem quickly. He had the part on hand and replaced it. I spent some extra money to pay for an additional visit and for priority if service was needed in the future. I am vague on exactly what was paid for and for how long the priority exists. The receipt isn't much help.

There are not enough good words for this man. Jared came time. He moved his truck immediately when I asked because at first he parked in the way. He immediately went to work and fixed the "flame sensor" and the furnace worked, that was all it needed. When I asked, we looked at the gas heater together and he showed me exactly what he had done. He was in and out very quickly, which immediately freed up my morning. Jared was awesome and very inexpensive. I had gone a month without heat because I couldn't afford to fix it because I thought it would have been twice that for parts and labor. Jared did not charge for any parts. He electrically bypassed a door switch that was broken and he only sanded the flame sensor, not replacing it. Thank Goodness, no charges for new parts.

It was over 100 degrees, my husband was out of town, and the air conditioner stopped working! I called this company after 6pm, and they had an answering service. The next morning, at 8 am, I received a call back! They made an appointment for me after lunch, and the man (Justin) was even a few minutes early! He was very polite and helpful. He checked my inside vent, then went to the air conditioning unit outside. He was able to pinpoint the problem within 15 minutes. He then replaced the capacitor, after showing me exactly what was wrong. He then went the extra mile and checked the freon and electrical system to make sure that there were no other problems. He was prompt, helpful, and didn't "talk down" to me. I would definitely call them again. I'm not sure about how the $75 fee for coming out compares to others, though I did see one ad for a different company in the yellow pages, that offered $40 response fees. Great company!
