Nielson Development

We are first time home builders! We used Nielson Development to build our first dream home. During the process we have changed our plans multiple times and even asked them to change things during the building process. Needless to say, we felt like the type of client you wouldn't want to deal with. Daniel and Scott have gone above and beyond to help us with the changes we wanted and when we apologized for making them work so much, they said, "this is your home and we want you to walk into it everyday knowing you did what you wanted." They have made us feel great about our choices and have been patient and kind through the whole process. Building a home is easy if you have no budget, it is hard to make choices when you find things you really want but they aren't in your budget. My wife and I have upgraded some things like our flooring, while eliminating other things (i.e. some cabinets) to offset the price. Daniel has been very helpful in providing us with our budget throughout the process so we know where we sit financially. If we ever make a choice that is above our budget he immediately lets us know before we order it. If your looking to build a home, give them a chance, listen to what they have to say and see what they have to show.
