Mr. Rooter Plumbing of St. George

The project isn't finished yet due to a needed part that just doesn't seem to want to come to St George. Dane or Mr Rooter has kept me informed as to what is going on and when I can expect the project to be finished. Just got a call and I will have a new shower head tomorrow. Yeah!

The service was not for me, it was for my neighbor who does not speak very much English. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. The reason for 1 star on "value for money", is because they charged him 2,190.00 for water heater replacement and repair. *It is important to mention,, once they were called and asked about the price, they did take $1,000. off of the bill. .

They were very professional and very fair on their price and their employee did not give until the problem was fixed.

I had the company come out to do an evaluation of the system. They told me that it was doing fine and didn't charge me anything. They also let me know what to listen for if I think there is a problem. Thanks Steele Plumbing!

This is the second time I have used this company and I would definitely use them again.

Josh came out and replaced a leaky pressure valve under my house and advice us to replace our water heater before it started to leak ( the age was right to go any time) he done his work fast and returned again to check on another problem I thought I had but nothing was wrong no charge, great guy

Called back at 8 am the following day (left an inquiry about midnight the night before). We agreed on a price but had to leave that morning before the tech arrived so we arranged to leave the overhead garage door open for him to replace the leaking water heater. Before we got back home at around 4pm the replacement was neatly completed and the garage door was closed. The tech called us before he left because he was concerned about leaving the water heater on without purging the air from the house plumbing lines so we asked him to go to our next door neighbors house to get a spare key that allowed him access to the laundry room to get the air out of the lines. Very responsive, efficient and trustworthy. Would highly recommend

Fast and reasonably priced service

The company was very responsive in calling me back and setting an appointment that was convenient. They arrived exactly when they said they would and replaced two bad outside hose bibs. Cost was very reasonable -- and Dane (service repairman) was very good. I highly recommend them.
